Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Tell us within 30 days of delivery if a book:

• does not match the preview you saw before ordering, or
• arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered.

We will replace it at no charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

A book that never arrives

If your order is lost in transit, we will reprint and resend it or refund you in full.

Changes and cancellations

To amend a name, photo or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly update your order at no charge until printing begins. You may cancel a book for a full refund at any time before it enters production. Because each book is printed individually for your child, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once printing has started. We will still do everything we can to put right any problem with the finished book.

Your game

If you added the Amazon game and are not happy with your child's character, we will gladly recreate it, as many times as needed, at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied for any reason, or if a technical issue prevents your game from working as intended and we are unable to resolve it, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
