Adventure terms

These terms apply to personalized adventures and photobooks bought from Cradl, operated by AMBE LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. They are separate from the terms for the Cradl subscription app.

What you are buying

Your selected package includes a personalized digital adventure, a hardcover photobook, or both. The package and total price are shown before you pay. This is a one-time purchase, not an app subscription.

Your photo and name

You must be an adult and have permission to use the photo you upload. For a photo of a child, you need permission from their parent or guardian.

Check the explorer preview and the name before you buy. The explorer is an illustration made from your photo. By ordering, you ask us to make your adventure or book using your chosen personalization.

Payment and delivery

Stripe handles your payment. The amount and currency are shown at checkout. Photobook shipping is included. Check your email and delivery address before paying.

You receive a link to play the digital adventure. Printed books are made to order. Our shipping page lists delivery countries and estimated times.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is part of these terms. You can request a free game-character change within 30 days of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel a book before printing starts. Your rights under local law still apply.

Using your adventure

Your purchase is for personal use by you and your family, or as a gift. You may not resell the game or its artwork. Keep your game link somewhere you can find it.

Your information

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. Email hello@cradl.co with questions about your order or data.

Address suggestions

Checkout uses Google Maps for address suggestions. These are covered by the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy. You can also enter your address yourself.

Your legal rights

These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without taking away the consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow us to limit.
