Will my child actually look like themselves?
Yes. Their character is illustrated from the photo you upload, and you can see it in a free preview before you buy. A clear, front-facing photo gives the best likeness. If you’re not happy with the result, we’ll recreate it at no extra cost, even after you’ve purchased.
Is it a game or a video?
It’s a game they play. They guide their character through the Amazon rainforest, follow clues, discover more than 110 species and help lost animals find their families. Short animal films and surprising facts are woven into the exploration, and a journal keeps their discoveries.
What will they actually learn?
Real facts about real animals, from familiar favourites to creatures few people ever see, all in a world they explore at their own pace. Animal films, sounds and spoken guidance help bring those discoveries to life.
What age is it for, and can they play on their own?
It’s best suited to ages 6–13. The controls are simple taps, designed to be intuitive for a six-year-old. We suggest helping them get started, then letting them explore on their own. Younger children may enjoy having you nearby.
What is the photobook?
The Game + Photobook Bundle includes a vibrant, personalized hardcover featuring your child’s illustrated character exploring the Amazon and discovering its wildlife. A keepsake of their Amazon adventure, with beautiful pictures and animal facts to enjoy together. Measures 21 × 28 cm / 8 × 11 inches, delivered to your door.
Will it work on our tablet? Do we need to download anything?
It plays right in the browser on a tablet, phone or computer, and there’s nothing to download. You’ll need an internet connection, and the screen should be turned sideways. Their progress saves in the same browser, so they can return whenever they like.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
It’s a one-time purchase. There’s no subscription, no monthly fee and no hidden extras.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Absolutely. Add their name and photo, and we’ll create their personalized exploration game. After purchase, you can share their game link by WhatsApp, email or by copying the link. Buying for more than one person? Each gets their own character and game.
What happens to the photo I upload?
We use it only to create your child’s personalized character and images, with an AI image service helping to make the illustrations. Your photo is private and is never shown in a public gallery. If you have questions about your photo or would like it deleted, email hello@cradl.co and we’ll take care of it promptly.
What if I’m not happy?
We stand behind everything we make. If you’re not satisfied with the character, we’ll recreate it as many times as needed at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied, or a technical problem prevents the game from working and we can’t resolve it, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
