Delete your account

Deleting your account removes everything Cradl holds about your family. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Three ways

• In the app: Account → Delete account. Two taps.
• On the web: app.cradl.co/delete-account, signed in to your account.
• By e-mail: write to support@cradl.co from the address on the account. We confirm and delete within two business days.

What is deleted

• Your account: e-mail, password, sessions.
• Every child, every paired device, and everything collected from them: videos, sites, apps, reports, alerts.
• Any connected Google account link and any imported history.
• Your subscription, which is cancelled at the same time.

Copies in database backups expire within 30 days. Stripe keeps the payment records the law requires it to keep.

To delete only part

You can disconnect a connected Google account from the app without deleting your account. Removing the Cradl app from the child’s phone stops collection from that phone at once; you will need your Cradl PIN to uninstall it if removal protection is on.
