These are the terms between you and AMBE LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“Cradl”, “we”) for using the Cradl apps and website. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Cradl is
Cradl reports to a parent on the creators, promotions, topics, games, apps and sites that reach their child through the videos the child watches, and on what shows up on the child’s phone. It works from a Cradl app on the child’s Android device, or from the child’s Google account connected by the parent. It reports counts, names and dates. It does not decide what is good or bad for your child, and it does not block anything except a channel you choose to block.
Who can use it
- You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of every child you add.
- You may install the Cradl app only on a device you own or are entitled to control, for a child in your care, and you must tell the child. Cradl shows the child what it does before it is switched on.
- You are responsible for using Cradl lawfully where you live. Cradl is not for monitoring adults or anyone else’s child.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at support@cradl.co if you think someone else has access to it.
Price and trial
- Cradl is free for 14 days. The 14 days start when Cradl sees the first video from your child, not when you sign up, so you get fourteen real days to decide.
- After the trial, Cradl costs $14.99 a month, for every child in your family. Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each month. Prices include applicable taxes where the law requires it and exclude them where it does not.
- Cancel anytime from Account. You keep Cradl until the end of the month you have paid for. If Cradl was not what you wanted, write to support@cradl.co within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
- If a price changes, you will hear about it at least 30 days before it applies to you.
What Cradl cannot promise
- Cradl reports what it was able to see. A phone that is off, a switch that was turned off, a video the child watched somewhere else, a promotion that was only spoken: Cradl will miss those. Cradl is not a guarantee of your child’s safety and is not a substitute for talking with your child.
- Public information about creators comes from public sources and can be wrong or out of date. Cradl shows where each fact came from so you can check it.
- The connected-account route depends on Google, which can sign the connection out at any time.
Your data
How Cradl collects, uses and deletes data is on the Privacy page, which is part of these terms. You can delete your account and all of your family’s data at any time.
Fair use
Do not try to break into Cradl, reverse-engineer the apps, use them on devices you have no right to control, or resell the service. We can suspend or close an account that does.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, Cradl is provided as it is, and our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can leave at any time by deleting your account. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you break these terms, in which case we refund any unused part of the month you paid for.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to its courts, without taking away any protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
